Nashville Visit - More Busy

Mom, Dad, Laura, Henry, and I went to Opry Mills for lunch and some shopping. We ate at The Aquarium Restaurant. The entire middle of the restaurant was a massive aquarium with lots of big, colorful fish. Henry LOVED it! Of course the only person who got anything shopping was Henry. He was spoiled by my parents with lots of new clothes!

"Spoiled? Who are you calling spoiled? Ummm, can someone put another quarter in for this ride?!" :-)

Henry was in hog heaven playing with the "new" toys. It is amazing that the toys at someone else's house are always cooler!

"Giddy up!"

My parents and I took Henry to the local park for some playground time and to feed the ducks. Henry is not real great at feeding the ducks because he does not want to let go of the food. I think he thinks we are crazy for throwing perfectly good food to the ducks! :-)

Nashville Visit - Trip to The Zoo

One day of our visit, my dad and I decided to take Henry to the Nashville Zoo. Because I have a Columbia Zoo membership, all three of us got in free! It was a HOT day but we had a great time!

"Wow! This zoo is AWESOME!"

Thanks everyone for all that you did to make our trip amazing! Henry and I are already looking forward to the next visit! :-)

Henry's First Baseball Game :-)

One Friday night we met some friends out at a University of South Carolina baseball game. The baseball team has a brand new stadium so it was new for all of us but it was definitely new for Henry because it was his first baseball game! The Gamecocks won although we just stayed through the 7th Inning Stretch. What a fun evening!

"Go Gamecocks! Now where are the peanuts and Cracker Jack you keep singing to me about?!"

Henry taking it all in...

Henry, one day your Dad and I will introduce you to the magic of Wrigley Field. Go Cubs!

Thanks Andy, Stephanie, and Abigail for a fun evening out!

We're movin' on!

We are starting to pack up more and more of Henry's baby toys.

Don't worry Henry! We are moving on to bigger and better big boy toys!

Spring Break Fun :-)

So Henry and I went on a last minute Spring Break to see my brother, Matt, sister-in-law, Lori, and nephews, Will and Jack. We were lucky because my parents were visiting their house as well! Trey was working, working, working so it was a good time for us to get away for a few days. We missed him tons but we had a wonderful visit with my family!

It was so sweet to see the three boys playing together!

Thank you Matt, Lori, Jack, and Will for allowing Henry and me to crash your home for a few days! We both had such a wonderful time! We look forward to many more holidays, vacations, and memories together!

Spring Break - Henry's First Donut :-)

My Dad treated Jack, Henry, and I to Dunkin' Donuts. (Sorry Winston folks! There was no Krispy Kreme around!) This was Henry's first donut (except beignets which are definitely not in the same league). Yum! Yum!

I started out breaking the donut apart for Henry to eat.

He ended up picking up the rest of the donut and shoving it in his mouth!

"This is the right way to eat the donut Mom!" :-)

Jack eating his yummy chocolate donut with sprinkles...

Jack left a little on his face for later...

And Henry left his leftovers on his bottom!

"Thanks Pepere for a yummy, yummy breakfast!"
