We have a new nephew!

William Chase was born this morning! He weighs 7 lbs, 13 oz and is 21 inches long. Matt, Lori, and Jack, we are ecstatic for you all! We love you and cannot wait to meet the precious, new addition to our ever-growing family! :-)
