I have not done a post in a while that describes Henry's personality. You can tell from the pictures that he is growing older but his personality has grown quite large as well! :-)
He is ALL boy. He loves cars, trucks, bulldozers, tractors...really any vehicle with wheels. He loves balls. Henry's motto is definitely the dirtier, the better. He loves to babble on and on and on. (I think he gets that from his Daddy! Hahaha!) He uses anything as a telephone. He loves books but can be a little rough with them. (There have been several books I thought I was going to have to buy from the library!) He likes to sit in your lap when you read to him. He thinks it is hilarious to spin around and get dizzy, either on his own or in a chair. He loves to be outside even if it is 110 degrees. He loves playing in the hose, swinging, and going down the slide face first. He is obsessed with fruit but especially watermelon, strawberries, and grapes. His favorite vegetables are cucumbers, green peppers, and edamame (soybeans). For snacks, he loves raisins and pretzels. He does not like time out. He loves going up and down the stairs but he really loves sitting on the stairs and just talking. He loves "Wheels on the Bus" and "Itsy, Bitsy Spider." He is getting a little better at "Head, Shoulders, Knees, and Toes" although he completely bypasses the shoulder part. He loves to climb, anything and everything. He loves to dance at any type of music especially my cell phone ringtone. He has many expressions and each one is hilarious. He is shy at first but warms up quickly to strangers. He loves to clap, wave bye bye, give hugs and wet kisses, and blow kisses. His many words include up (his favorite), doggy, duck, mama, dada, bird, bye, and something resembling "there it is." He knows what sounds a car, cow, pig, and lion make. He is not so much into stacking things but he is very into dumping things.
His smile can light up a room and his laughter melt your heart. He is a complete joy and we are so lucky to have him as our son. We love you Henry!
